SHIPPING

We provide free standard shipping and optional express delivery worldwide. The express shipping rate will be calculated at check out.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.

 

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your Laparasian pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund for unused, in a sellable condition item(s) that are sent back within 15 days of receiving your order.  Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. Please noted that customers is responsible for shipping costs for returns which is not due to quality issues.

To request a return, email shoplaparasian@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your item(s) and please include exchange request and your order # in the subject line.  Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.

Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you a refund for the amount of the item being exchanged. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your returned item to be processed and the refund issued.

 

We do not accept returns/refunds on the below items:

Sale / Discounted Items / Personalized Items (Engraving Etc) / Pre-order Pieces / Gift-cards / Damage resulting from excessive force applied by the wearer that is unrelated to the product's quality

Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Laparasian reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
